Submissions are now being called for the 2012 LIANZA Children’s Book Awards

Entries open todayfor New Zealand’s highly regarded LIANZA Children’s Book Awards. Entries areexpected, from emerging and experienced authors across the country, with thevery best selected for the final shortlist which will be announced 1^stJune 2012, in time for the Queen’s Birthday weekend. The medals and taongaare awarded by Librarians recognising outstanding books for children and youngpeople.
